I'm finally an aunt. My niece Lily arrived last Tuesday weighing in at 8 lbs, 4 ounces. Baby and mama, shown above, are doing fine and came home from the hospital today. I got to hold Lily for the first time. It was heaven.
She smells really, really good and is so soft and cuddly.
I can't wait to get started on my aunt duties ... babysitting and spoiling. ♥ ♥ ♥

Beautiful baby - as they all are. I love reading your reaction to your first "aunt-child." I was called the "spoiler" by my youngest niece and her mother (my sister)- and was damn proud of it! Being an aunt was/is the best.
I have to share, too, that I am Lillian (called Lillie when I was a babe) and my daughter is Hilary (or Hil).
At any rate, I enjoy your blog.
