You can get the Southwest Trading Company bamboo yarn that I used for this scarf online at places like www.yarnmarket.com.

The scarf looks good in just about any size needle, so I would go ahead and use smaller than a size 10 if you want.

This is one of my favorite patterns to make a scarf...it is also easy to make a slit in the scarf so you can slide one side in and not have to wrap it around the neck. How do you make it a point at one end?

Love this pattern - it is a much improved Faggot stitch which has a "proper" border made by the last knit 1. Thanks for improving a stitch I have been using for a very long time!

It was easy to make the infinity scarf, I made it about 30 inches long, twisted it several times and stitched the ends together. It lays perfectly inside the neck of a jacket and is so easy to wear, just put it over your head and adjust the twists to your liking.

First, TY for this great pattern. I've made it with all needle sizes from Size 4 up to Size 10. I've made it striped, solid and as an "infinity" scarf. They were all gifts and received RAVE reviews. It is so easy to stick the yarn and needles in my hand bag so I can work on it no matter where I am (after making a couple, I had the pattern memorized). TY TY TY
